IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) is a program that securely disposes of IT assets that have junk mail, such as old PCs, tablets, servers and disk drives, to ensure no inadvertent disclosure of data. In some cases, equipment can be destroyed through crushing or grinding. Or it can be cleaned and resold, with the customer receiving a percentage of the residual value.
